Together we can help you start to think and talk about the thoughts, behaviours and feelings that might be concerning you. We can discuss issues that are affecting your current life, along with your worries for the future, and if you are willing to, we can also explore how things that happened in the past may be influencing what is going on with you now. I work holistically, and believe that body and mind effect and respond to each other.
I work with issues such as grief, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationships, transitions, eating disorders, body issues, anger and trauma, to name but a few.
In our first session we can discuss whether short or long term therapy might suit you best.
I mainly practice online with occasional in person sessions possible in my practise in Shepherds Bush if needed.
I am a psychotherapist with an MA and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre, and am a registered member of both the BACP and the UKCP. I have experience working with clients in short and long term counselling. Alongside my private practice I have worked with a wide range of clients in different settings, including the NHS, further education and voluntary agencies.
As a registered member of the UKCP, I abide by their ethical framework.
