My Approach

I am an integrative therapist and my main approach is relational, developmental and trauma informed. I increasing align with 'systems and deep ecology' thinking and application and in particular how this might inform the therapeutic encounter in difficult times.

About Me

I work in private practice in the midlands offering long and short-term psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples, both in person and online. I am also a clinical supervisor and approved training supervisor up to level 7. My therapy room is in a quiet ground floor managed office setting in the centre of Long Eaton (NG10) with free parking nearby. A free initial phone consultation is available following any enquiry. Please note that I make a conscious choice to no not advertise on large online directories or social media and I do not host a website.
