By providing a chance to pause and reflect, therapy offers a context in which life’s many possibilities can be explored, and individual choices clarified. Through this process, self-awareness deepens, allowing for a more grounded and meaningful way of living to emerge. Each client decides on the pace and focus of the work. My role is to be alongside you—supportive, attentive, and engaged—as you make sense of what matters most to you.
My name is Sarah, and I offer short-term and open-ended Existential psychotherapy, either in-person in Brighton (UK), or online. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and respectful. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to express and explore all aspects of themselves. This includes thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences that may feel difficult to share or hard to accept.
