My postgraduate research into the most effective treatments, together with further specialist training, has given me the knowledge and flexibility to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I offer both short- and longer-term therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, helping you gain insight, develop practical tools and feel better equipped to manage life’s challenges. I offer a range of interventions, including - Counselling, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy. Together, we’ll explore what best suits your needs, working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My aim is to work alongside you with compassion and respect, creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore, understand and move forward.
With over 25 years’ experience in clinical practice, I offer compassionate, individual therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I draw on a broad range of therapeutic approaches, combining extensive experience with warmth, empathy and a genuine understanding of each person’s unique circumstances. I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, and take the time to understand what you are experiencing and what you hope to achieve.
