About Me

Seeking support can feel like a big step, and I believe the therapeutic relationship begins with feeling safe, seen and genuinely welcomed. For me therapy is not about fixing a person, but about creating enough safety for honesty to emerge. I see psychotherapy as a deeply human meeting; one that can help us reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and a greater sense of meaning in our lives.

I offer online psychotherapy sessions, as I travel frequently and work internationally. Psychotherapy is not just my profession but a deep passion and I feel honoured to support people in exploring their inner worlds.

My areas of interest and scholarly research include sexuality, sexual trauma, identity as well as spirituality, purpose, and meaning.

I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore themselves and move towards a more integrated and authentic way of being.

I am a Doctor Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, with a strong foundation in existential therapy alongside training in integrative and relational approaches. I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, with experience working across a wide range of clinical settings and presentations.

I have supported individuals navigating complex trauma, sexuality and identity-related issues, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, existential crises and emotional distress, as well as couples seeking deeper understanding, communication, and connection.

My approach is holistic, informed by my background in psychosomatics, where I recognise the importance of the body in the therapeutic process. Alongside psychological training, my studies have also explored spirituality, meaning, purpose, and the energetic dimensions of human experience. I work with each person as a whole, supporting emotional, relational, embodied, and existential awareness.
