As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Licensed Psychologist for over 20 years, I have helped clients all over the world discover and develop their unique inner resources, allowing them to heal, grow, and thrive. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey too.
You may be used to holding a great deal together in your relationships, your family, or your professional life - yet something underneath doesn't feel right.
You may have tried to understand it by thinking it through, talking it through, or searching for answers. But despite your insight and effort, something remains unresolved.
For some, this shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. For others, it appears through relationship patterns that repeat in painful or confusing ways. Often, these experiences have roots in earlier relational wounds or trauma that continue to shape the present.
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My work focuses not only on managing symptoms, but on understanding and processing the deeper patterns beneath them. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you are experiencing and work at the level where real and lasting change can occur.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I work in a relational, holistic, and trauma-informed way. I draw on a range of approaches including EMDR-informed therapy, Parts Work, hypnotherapy, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring the work to your individual needs.
If you'd like to learn more, please get in touch for a free 20-minute consultation - a calm and confidential space to talk through what’s bringing you here, ask any questions you may have, and explore whether this way of working feels right for you. There is no pressure or commitment involved, simply an opportunity to take a first step, at your own pace.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
