About Me

I have worked in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy for over 10 years in a variety of settings which include a GP's surgery, the mental health charity Mind, a Women's charity, The Kids Company and in private practice. My broad clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, marital problems, sexual and physical abuse, age specific issues, cultural related issues, career problems, family dynamics, sexuality and drug and alcohol related problems.
I offer long and short therm therapy.
