An integrative relational approach

About Me

Although, I have specialised in working with people who have sexual and relationship difficulties, I am qualified to work with a wide range of other psychological problems and needs. I have an open and non judgemental approach to diverse expressions of sexuality that I meet through my work. I work with individuals, couples and groups. If you are unsure if I am the right person for you to come to for therapy, then I suggest you ring or email and we can discuss your concerns or questions. The main model of therapy I use integrates a collection of other models which allows me to have a good choice of approaches to draw upon when meeting each individual client. I am a qualified supervisor, predominantly using the process model of supervision. I have completed an online training so can provide therapy or supervision on the phone or online, via Skype, if required. I manage and teach in Towerhouse Counselling which is a small training centre providing a collection of courses in North Devon. I have recently completed a training in EMDR to help people with post traumatic stress disorder. I am also qualified to work with people with Sex addiction
