My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, this means I draw on different techniques and theories that enables me to tailor the way I work to suit your individual needs and personal circumstances. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space, short or long term counselling based in the center of Norwich.

About Me

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have worked in providing counselling to survivors of sexual abuse at Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich, short term counselling at The Matthew Project in Norwich. I currently work with the Daisy Programme providing Counselling and family and individual work at Family Action in Swaffham.
