I integrate the Creative Arts therapies and Systemic Family Psychotherapy as they complement each other. In a collaborative space, I support you through both talking and the creative arts—encouraging reflections and drawing on strengths to help make sense of what may feel confusing or “not quite known” at the conscious level. The creative arts can offer access to parts of ourselves that we may not have immediate words for, helping you express, understand, and find new ways forward together.
I am a UKCP Systemic and Family Psychotherapist and an HCPC registered arts therapist. I am trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychology and Theraplay.
I currently work for the NHS in a specialist attachment and trauma-informed CAMHS service. For many years, I ran a charity and a creative arts therapy company, delivering borough-wide therapy projects across schools, children’s centres, and the wider community.
I have extensive experience working as a therapist with children and young people, as well as with families, couples, individuals, and groups.
