I work with both individuals and couples, offering sessions online and face to face. When I’m working with partners, I often draw on the Imago approach. It’s a gentle, structured way of helping couples slow down, feel safe, and really listen to one another. The aim is to build understanding and strengthen connection, especially when communication has become difficult or patterns feel stuck.
With individuals, I use a transactional analysis framework to explore the behaviour and communication patterns that have developed over time. This can help you make sense of where these patterns come from and how they show up in your relationships and everyday life. I also bring in a range of other relational approaches, depending on what you bring to the session. Everyone works differently, so I adapt my style to make sure the support feels natural, collaborative, and genuinely suited to your needs.
Hi, I’m a friendly and experienced psychotherapist, registered with UKCP and MBACP. I believe individuals and couples have a real capacity for change, connection, and creating a more fulfilling life. I offer a calm, open, and non‑judgemental space where we can build trust and explore what’s going on for you. People often describe me as steady, warm, and easy to talk to, and I value working at a pace that feels right for you.
Challenges may come from a specific situation or from deeper patterns in how you relate, communicate, or behave. You don’t have to work it out alone — everyone arrives with their own story and way of being, and we’ll work together in a way that supports your needs. I also warmly welcome clients who are neurodiverse.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
