My Approach

Integratively trained with psychodynamic, relational and systemic approaches as my core learned modalities. I have undertaken CPD and training in other aspects of interventionist approaches such as solution-focussed, elements of CBT and Transactional Analysis. My practice is inclusive and I have undertaken much CPD around neurodivergence and working with folk who identify as or have a neurodivergent diagnosis.

About Me

I am an integratively trained Psychotherapist working from Stroud town centre. I come with many years experience and qualifications that include a master's degree in advanced clinical practice in psychotherapy and an undergraduate in counselling practice and psychology. Currently I am in training as a psychosexual psychotherapist and I have qualifications which enable me to work with couples and those in more complex relationship polycules.
