About Me
My own journey includes over 10 years in the corporate world before starting in psychosynthesis. I have the experience of migration, overcoming addictive behaviours, troublesome relationships, abuse and spiritual crisis. I love designing spaces and travelling places. I love to love people and hope to see a world where more of us are free

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
Chemsex, alcoholism, social media addiction, Winner: Emma Stavrou MA Award for a ” Fierce Grace” thesis in social media addiction research where I created a unique approach of working with social media addiction which I’m currently putting in a book
3 years placement in Terrence Higgins Trust ( living with HIV and chemsex issues)
Working with refugees and identity issues they face
National Psychosis Unit at the Royal Bethlem Hospital (treatment-resistant psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia, paranoia, suicidal ideation, and self-harm
Chemsex issues, sober sex, creating deep loving intimate connections
