My Approach

My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, blending psychodynamic understanding with transpersonal depth and existential reflection. I see the therapeutic relationship as central and encourage curiosity, creativity, and emotional honesty. Depending on your needs, we may work with dreams, symbolism, ancestral patterns, unconscious blocks, or focus on present-day challenges and strengths. Sessions are available online or in person, paced to suit either short-term, focused support or deeper, longer-term exploration.

For clients seeking immediate clarity, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) offers a structured, short-term approach ideal for anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. For deeper work, my depth-oriented therapy explores early experiences, unconscious influences, and symbolic patterns, supporting long-term healing in areas such as complex PTSD, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief, identity changes, and entrenched emotional patterns. Creative tools like imagery, dreamwork, and sand tray may be included where helpful.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults, drawing from psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic approaches, all held within a Transpersonal lens. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual, honouring the complexity of their inner world and the unique path of their healing. I work with a broad range of issues and am deeply passionate about supporting a diverse range of clients—those who have faced significant challenges as well as those who have reached a point in life where they feel ready to begin a deeper process of self-exploration. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, suicidal ideation, grief, neurodivergence, and both diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health concerns. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing a compassionate, grounded, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore, heal, and grow at their own pace.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I support clients who have experienced abuse or trauma, including childhood bullying, physical or emotional harm, and discrimination related to race, gender identity, or sexuality, helping them process their experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those with late-diagnosed ADHD, supporting them as they navigate the often complex journey of understanding how their condition has shaped their self-image, relationships, and life experiences.
I work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, guiding them to understand its roots and find calm, clarity, and confidence in their lives.
I support clients navigating bereavement, holding space for the deep pain, confusion, and loss they experience, while also helping them explore any earlier unprocessed traumas that grief can bring to the surface.
I work with clients experiencing depression, recognising how overwhelming and isolating it can be, and how it is often hidden beneath a mask, supporting them to process their experience and gradually reconnect with hope, motivation, and self-understanding.
