About Me

We work with children, teens and adults; individuals, couples and families using two primary approaches: systemic psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), sometimes in combination when working with a family where one or more members have experienced trauma that affects relationships. One member of staff specialises in work with children using EMDR. All three staff members are experienced in working with adults who have experienced severe childhood abuse.
