I am a fully qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist and facilitator. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, which I see as a vital part of the healing process. My approach is very welcoming and not judgemental, and I believe in a holistic perspective. I like working in a creative way using different approaches, including Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Jungian and Existential theories, allowing the work to be shaped around you rather than following a single model.
The transpersonal aspect of my approach is grounded in the belief that each person has an innate inner nature that exists beneath learned roles, expectations, and patterns of coping. Therapy can offer a space to reconnect with this deeper sense of self, supporting greater authenticity, self-understanding, and emotional integration.
I work with both young adults and older adults, and I welcome people with a wide range of experiences and difficulties. These include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, identity, low self-esteem, mood, and times of transition or change.
As with all UKCP-registered psychotherapists, I am able to work with a broad range of issues. Alongside this, I have particular interest and experience in the areas listed below, and I aim to meet each person with openness, care, and respect for their individual pace and process
I am an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist and facilitator offering a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, and issues relating to meaning, identity, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we may explore current challenges alongside past experiences to understand how established patterns may be influencing your present life. Developing insight into these patterns can support greater self-awareness, choice, and change.
My work is primarily talking therapy, though I may also incorporate other ways of working where these feel appropriate and supportive. These can include guided visualisation, dream work, somatic awareness, breathwork, and creative exploration. These approaches can help access deeper layers of experience alongside verbal reflection.
I work with care, sensitivity, and respect for each client’s pace and capacity. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it should not feel overwhelming. I do not offer advice or tell you what to do; instead, I support you in developing understanding, reconnecting with your own inner resources, and finding your own way forward. I can offer therapy in English and Italian.
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation by phone or online.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
