My therapeutic approach is integrative, with relational and developmental theories at its core. I work relationally with an interest in how our past experiences shape who we are today. Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective. We explore together, what feels difficult or uncertain, while paying attention to your inner world.
I consider the integration of body and mind within my work, helping clients to notice how emotions are experienced physically and to develop aids for regulation. My aim is to offer a space where greater understanding, resilience and connection can grow.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw upon relational, developmental and embodied approaches, helping me work holistically with mind and body.
I have experience of supporting people of many ages and life stages, with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, amongst other issues that are causing anguish or uncertainty.
I offer a calm, compassionate presence where you can explore your experiences safely and begin to make sense of what is feeling challenging for you. I believe therapy can help us to connect more deeply with ourselves and others, enabling us to find greater ease in the way we live.
I welcome people from all cultures and backgrounds. My practice is also neurodivergence and LGBT+ affirming.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
