My approach is relational and centred on understanding each person’s unique experience. I am interested in how our relationships, past and present, shape the way we feel about ourselves and others. I offer a thoughtful and supportive space where we can explore difficulties together and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
My experience expands in working with complex difficulties, including specialist experience in psychiatry. This has given me a deep understanding of mental health and the many ways life circumstances can impact emotional wellbeing.
I work with adults seeking psychotherapy, as well as with parents who may be finding their child’s emotional or behavioural needs challenging. I aim to work alongside you, thinking together about what might help, and supporting you to find ways forward that feel right for you and your family.
I aim to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Therapy is offered in English, Albanian and Greek.
I am a Systemic Psychotherapist and Family Therapist offering a relational approach tailored to each individual. I am interested in how relationships and life experiences shape emotional wellbeing, and I provide a supportive space to explore difficulties and create meaningful change. I have over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS across a range of generic and specialist services, which has informed my understanding of diverse mental health needs. I work with adults and parents, offering a thoughtful and collaborative approach. I am a multilingual therapist with a special interest in supporting people to explore and make sense of complex cultural identities.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
