My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that understanding relationships and the wider contexts of people's lives can create opportunities for meaningful and lasting change.
I am a fully qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Systemic Supervisor with extensive experience working across health and social care services in both children's and adults' settings.
I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, offering sessions in person across Telford and Shropshire and online throughout the UK. I have significant experience working with families facing complex challenges, including relationship difficulties, mental health concerns, family transitions, trauma, safeguarding issues, and the challenges that can arise when multiple professionals and agencies are involved in family life.
I seek to help people express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions, understand themselves and others, and make useful changes in their relationships and lives.
In addition to therapeutic work, I provide supervision and consultation to professionals, groups, teams, and organisations, and deliver bespoke training for agencies, universities, charities, and other organisations.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
