My approach is calm, relational, and sensitively paced. I pay close attention to what feels manageable in your system, allowing change to unfold without pressure or force. I offer a reflective, non-judgmental space where emotional pain and conflict can soften, making room for clarity, compassion, and sustainable growth. Therapy with me is collaborative and shaped by listening, curiosity, and open communication.
I am a Systemic Psychotherapist specialising in relational work and emotional complexity. I support individuals, couples, and families to explore present day concerns alongside the deeper patterns shaped by early life experiences. My practice is grounded in feminist and socially informed principles, with careful attention to how wider cultural, structural, and relational contexts shape distress. I am also qualified to work with organisations to understand systemic patterns, team dynamics, and communication processes, supporting more collaborative and constructive ways of working.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
