I have experience supporting people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, sexuality, identity and meaning, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a clearer sense of who they are and how they want to live.
If the idea of starting therapy leaves you feeling nervous, or if you have apprehensions about opening up that's absolutely okay. I was the same when I first saw a therapist. To ease into it, we can schedule a 20-minute video call - a chance for you to get a feel for how we might work together. No pressure, just an opportunity for us to connect and see if it feels right for you.
In our sessions, my commitment is to be fully present with you, sharing the moment as you experience it. Through this shared presence, I believe we can find meaning in your life, understand your place in the world, and reveal the possibilities.
I’m an existential psychotherapist offering both short-term and open-ended therapy, available online and in-person. I work with adults and young people, providing a compassionate and reflective space to explore the challenges and uncertainties of living.
My approach is grounded in existential therapy, which invites us to look closely at how we live, relate, and make meaning in the face of freedom, responsibility, and uncertainty. I see therapy as a space to encounter ourselves more honestly — to question the patterns, choices, and assumptions that shape our lives, and to discover new possibilities for being.
Alongside my existential orientation, my training is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives. This allows me to work flexibly and responsively, attending both to the depth of our inner world and to the lived experience of the present moment.
I hold a Master’s (Level 7) in Psychotherapy and Counselling, specialising in existential practice, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. My clinical experience includes work in the NHS at Guy’s Cancer Centre, private practice, university counselling services, community organisations, schools, and family settings.
