My Approach

I work systemically, paying attention to patterns, relationships, and the wider systems people are part of. I’m curious about how difficulties develop and how change becomes possible when we explore them together. I support clients with mental health difficulties, relationship challenges, addiction, conflict, trauma, domestic abuse, neurodiversity, chronic illness, bereavement, psychosexual issues, and gender identity. My additional training in psychosexual therapy and creative therapeutic writing brings depth, sensitivity, and imagination to the work.
