My practice is integrative and depth-orientated, drawing on Jungian analysis, psychodynamic principles, EMDR, and art therapy to provide tailored treatment for each individual. I work with clients navigating addiction and recovery, eating disorders (including male eating disorders), complex and single-incident trauma, depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions such as midlife and identity change. I offer both short and long-term therapeutic work, with an emphasis on understanding the unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that shape a person's life. I also provide psychotherapy-informed executive coaching for professionals and leaders. Sessions are available face to face in London (Harley Street) and internationally, as well as online in any time zone. I work in English and French.
