My work is predominantly based on a systemic approach, which involves working to support couples, families and other groups to overcome difficulties in their relationships to support the wellbeing of all. I have a particular interest in how therapy can help people to feel more alive in their relationships.
My practice is based in NHS adult mental health settings where I specialise in working with couples and families, particular during the perinatal period encompassing pregnancy and the first two postnatal years. I also work as a trainer in systemic practice and family therapy. I have active interests in supervision, research and systemic approaches to leadership.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
