Rooted in Transactional Analysis, my practice is co-creative, relational, and gently challenging. I believe insight alone isn't enough; we need emotional safety, attuned connection, and actionable steps for real change.
I draw on:
Ego state work and life script analysis
Redecision and relational TA
Embodied and creative techniques
Organisational and leadership psychology
A trauma-informed, intersectional lens
Therapy is a collaborative process; we go at your pace, following the threads that matter most. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry. Always, we stay curious.
I am a Psychotherapist and Supervisor (PTSTA), UKCP registered, committed to supporting individuals, couples, and groups in developing resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. With over eight years of clinical experience in private practice and placements, and over 16 years in organisational psychology, leadership training, coaching, and digital learning transformation, I offer a unique blend of therapeutic and professional expertise.
Using a relational and co-creative Transactional Analysis approach, I help clients address anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. My experience working with global organisations to design accessible learning solutions and foster professional development allows me to tailor support to diverse cultural and social contexts.
I integrate evidence-based techniques with practical strategies to empower clients, fostering autonomy, sustainable change, and personal and professional growth.
Alongside clinical work, I supervise TA trainees and qualified TA practitioners (CTAs), supporting their clinical development within a Transactional Analysis framework.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
