I offer a place where you can ‘come as you are’, where you can reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a confidential environment with someone from outside your day-to-day life. In our work together, my aim is to offer a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood without judgment, and gently challenged when helpful. You’ll have the chance to explore how you became the person you are today, how your relationships have taken shape, and what changes you might want to make in your life.
As we go deeper, we’ll look at the thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations that may be holding you back. Through this process, you can begin to build new ways of supporting yourself, like managing difficult emotions, making sense of your thoughts, and relating more healthily to others. The goal is for you to feel more able to care for and protect yourself, and to make the changes that feel right for you.
