As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I offer a space where we can explore together how your past experiences and relationships continue to shape your life today — how they echo in the way you feel, respond, and relate.
Gestalt therapy is not just about talking about things. It's about being curious together in the moment: noticing what’s happening, trying something new, allowing space for what hasn’t yet been spoken or felt. Sometimes that means exploring a pattern more deeply; other times, it might be about finding a different way to respond or express yourself, right there in the room.
This way of working is active, creative, and grounded in the belief that change grows from awareness. By staying with what’s unfolding in the here and now, in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, we make space for something new to emerge, and for change to happen.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in patterns that are hard to shift, or navigating changes you can’t quite name, therapy can offer a grounded space to reconnect, with yourself, and with others.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and the emotional impact of a mental health diagnosis. I also support those exploring identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences, including feeling caught between cultures, or unsure where “home” really is.
People often come to therapy when something no longer feels manageable, even if they can’t explain exactly why. You don’t need to have the answers, just a sense that something in you is ready for change. I offer a space where your full experience is welcomed and met with care.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
