I offer weekly psychotherapy sessions where we work collaboratively to explore what is happening in your life and what may be keeping you stuck. Therapy is a relational process, and together we pay attention to patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on hypnotherapeutic and mind–body approaches where appropriate. I also incorporate elements of neuroscience-informed understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma, helping us make sense of symptoms and experiences in a grounded and practical way.
I adapt how I work depending on your needs, and we may draw on different approaches including hypnotherapy, NLP-informed techniques, IEMT, Clean Language, and integrative coaching-informed methods where clinically appropriate.
I work with anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and the longer-term impact of difficult life experiences.
You may appear successful in many areas of your life, yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, dissatisfied, or disconnected. Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, experiencing the effects of past trauma, or feeling that something needs to change.
I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where we can explore what is happening for you and work towards meaningful and lasting change. Together, we can develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-leadership, helping you build on the strengths and inner resources you already possess.
I work with adults, professionals and parents experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, trauma, and the impact of challenging life experiences. My approach supports you in understanding both conscious and unconscious patterns, enabling you to make different choices and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapy can help you develop greater balance, clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. It can also support you in making more effective decisions, improving relationships, and reconnecting with what matters most to you.
Where trauma is present, I use evidence-informed therapeutic approaches designed to help process distressing memories safely and reduce their emotional impact. Many of the teachers, leaders, executives and parents I work with, find that experiences which once felt overwhelming become less intrusive and easier to manage over time.
I am recognised by and work with clients funded through Bupa, Aviva, and AXA Health, as well as self-funding clients.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
