If you are looking to increase understanding of yourself and gain some clarity in how you deal with the struggle of life, then you may find psychotherapy can help. You may have problems with relationships, life changes, loss or bereavement. These can, in turn, cause anxiety, depression or self-esteem and identity issues. Exploring the patterns that can get repeated without realisation helps you increase insight and free up blocked feelings. Emotional unease can manifest in many ways causing a variety of symptoms and can leave you feeling stuck or confused.
I offer the opportunity to explore these different experiences. I provide a confidential, safe space - opening up possibilities for change.
I offer appointment slots on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with early morning options available. My practice is conveniently located and reachable via car, bicycle or public transport.
