My Approach

My work is grounded in a relational and psychodynamic perspective, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for insight and change. I offer a space that is both containing and challenging — where clients feel deeply met, but also invited to question familiar patterns and explore what lies beneath them.

I believe that meaningful change arises not through quick fixes, but through sustained attention to the internal world: to unconscious processes, early experiences, and the relational dynamics that continue to shape us. I bring depth, curiosity, and a strong commitment to the therapeutic process — meeting each client with compassion, respect, and a belief in their capacity for transformation.

About Me

My approach is relational and integrative, grounded in the belief that lasting change comes not just from symptom relief, but from understanding the deeper patterns and unconscious processes that shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world.

Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective. I offer a space where things can be thought about — not rushed toward solutions, but explored with care, curiosity, and depth. My clinical work is underpinned by rigorous postgraduate training and an ongoing commitment to supervision and professional development.

Whether you’re seeking therapy for something specific or are unsure exactly what feels off, our work can support you to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and to find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I work both online and face-to-face in SW8.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Anxiety can manifest in many ways — persistent worry, panic, restlessness or a sense of being constantly on edge. I work relationally and integratively to help clients understand the origins of their anxiety and develop more supportive ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
Low mood, disconnection, fatigue or loss of interest in life can be signs of depression. My approach offers a structured yet compassionate space to explore these experiences, understand their emotional and relational context, and support a gradual return to a more engaged and meaningful way of living.
Difficulties with food and body image often reflect deeper struggles with control, identity or self-worth. I work with a trauma-informed and relational lens, supporting clients to understand the function of these patterns and move toward greater emotional safety, flexibility and self-compassion.Difficulties with food and body image often reflect deeper struggles with control, identity or self-worth. Relational issues — whether in romantic, familial, or professional contexts — often reflect longstanding patterns. I use the therapeutic relationship as a reflective space to explore these dynamics, helping clients develop greater insight, agency, and more secure ways of connecting with others.
I have a particular interest in supporting trainee therapists and counsellors. Whether you're engaging in therapy as part of training requirements or personal development, I offer a collaborative and reflective space where professional growth and emotional insight can evolve side by side.
