My Approach

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. My training and experience have shaped my belief in the importance of walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. If you choose me as your therapist, I’ll work alongside you at your own pace, creating a space where you can simply be yourself, knowing that all parts of you are welcome. Together, we can gently explore your experiences, emotions, relationships, and any changes you may be facing with greater understanding and compassion.

I’m particularly interested in supporting people navigating major life transitions, identity, belonging, and change. My lived experience helps me bring empathy, warmth, and curiosity into my work.

Alongside my therapy practice, I spent eight years supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health in educational settings, including working with neurodiverse students. This continues to shape my approach and helps me respond to each person’s individual needs.

I look forward to hearing from you.
