My Approach

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. You may feel vulnerable, stuck, anxious, or unsure where to turn. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone, and reaching out for support can be an important step.

I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where we can take things at your pace and explore what is happening for you. I sit alongside you to help make sense of how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Together, we can notice patterns that may be causing difficulty and gently explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

About Me

I am a relational, integrative psychotherapist working with adults. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting my work to meet each client’s individual needs.

Alongside my therapy practice, I spent eight years supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health in educational settings, including working with neurodiverse students. My experience continues to guide my work, helping me remain sensitive to difference and responsive to each person’s individual needs.
