My way of working means I won’t analyse you or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a supportive, accepting space where you can bring all parts of yourself, the parts that feel confident and capable, and the parts that feel unsure, messy or hard to sit with. I believe there is something deeply healing about being met with genuine curiosity and care, and about having your experience taken seriously.
Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, what might feel stuck or confusing, and what you long for beneath the surface. Therapy can help you make sense of your feelings, develop greater self-awareness, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself. Over time, this can support you to live in a way that feels more aligned, authentic and meaningful.
My practice is underpinned by Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis philosophy, and guided by the belief that, with the right conditions, everyone has the capacity for growth, self-acceptance and change.
Hello, and welcome. I’m Olivia, a Psychotherapist and Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering both short and long term therapy to adults. I work in person in East Putney, South West London, as well as online and via telephone, providing a space that is thoughtful, confidential and curious.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted from holding it all together. They might be living with anxiety or depression, struggling with low self-worth, navigating infertility, relationships, loss, or a deep sense of confusion or isolation. Often, there’s a sense of being overwhelmed by life, or of feeling left behind, behind schedule, or out of sync with others.
