My Approach

In my approach, I combine talking therapy with body-based and creative practices, such as movement, drawing and play. I often find it helps people with expression and can be used as a great source of support. I also pay particular attention to the relationship between client and therapist and what emerges between us.

About Me

I work with a range of issues, including relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety. I also support people through life transitions, such as loneliness, loss, immigration and crises of meaning and identity. I offer therapy in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
