I use Transactional Analysis (TA) in my work. TA is a psychodynamic approach that helps us understand and work with what is happening in the present by exploring how our past experiences have shaped us.
We are all, to some extent, shaped by our experiences. From an early age and throughout our lives, we develop beliefs and conclusions about ourselves, other people and the world around us. We also develop ways of coping and adapting to what happens to us. These ways of responding may have been helpful and necessary at the time, but sometimes what worked for us in the past no longer serves us in the present.
Therapy can offer an opportunity to revisit and make sense of these patterns, understand where they come from, and develop new ways of seeing ourselves, relating to others and navigating the world.
I find Transactional Analysis particularly helpful in this process. It provides a framework for exploring the lasting impact of our experiences while also creating space for new perspectives, choices and ways of relating. My aim is to support you in developing a healthier and more compassionate relationship with yourself and others, and ultimately in creating a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and a Certified Integrative Psychotherapist. I am originally from Ukraine and now live and work in the UK.
I believe that we have many ways to change our lives and our relationships with ourselves and others. This belief guides me in my work as a psychotherapist. I know that many people have already stopped believing in themselves and in the possibility of change, and I am ready to carry the torch of hope for them until they can light their own.
