I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment where supervisees can bring both themselves and their client work with honesty and curiosity. Together, we explore clinical material, celebrate strengths, and attend to challenges in a way that deepens insight and enhances confidence in practice.

About Me

Welcome

Hello, I’m Nuala (Nu-la) a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Level 5 Counselling Tutor. My work is Person-Centred Experiential (PCE), relational and trauma-informed, supporting self-awareness, healing and growth. I welcome adults, students and trainee therapists, offering short, medium and long-term therapy both online and in person.


I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore whatever you’re facing whether that’s emotional distress (anxiety, depression, low self-esteem), relationship difficulties (parenting challenges, family, friends, intimate) or a desire to reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe to bring your whole self, your story, struggles and hopes — and be met with empathy and understanding.


I hold full professional indemnity insurance, enhanced DBS clearance and adhere to the UKCP ethical framework, with regular clinical supervision to ensure safe and effective practice.

-PG Dip Certificate in a relational approach to the treatment of Trauma.
