As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to meet each client’s individual needs. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory, meaning I explore how past experiences influence how we feel about ourselves and others. Often, we repeat old ways of relating and coping which no longer serve us and lead to pain and disconnection. Therapy can help you reflect on these patterns and make choices with more freedom and clarity. Above all, I provide a relationship where all aspects of yourself are seen and valued, helping you connect with yourself and feel more comfortable in who you are.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist, based in Archway and Kings Cross. I have experience of supporting clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, work stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties, with a particular interest in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse.
