My Approach

I trained as a humanistic person-centred counsellor before qualifying as a family and systemic psychotherapist. I would be pleased to hear what is concerning you as an individual or couple. I offer space to reflect if you are finding life a struggle, you may have a difficult situation or past experience that you would like support with. There is value in your story, what happened to you, what impact it has on you and how this has affected your relationships.

About Me

I have a range of experience supporting clients from the young to later life, working with anxiety, depression, loss, stressful life events, difficulties with relationships and emotions, and with those who have experienced adverse or traumatic circumstances.
