I work with individuals and couples who carry the weight of relational wounds from their past, such as betrayal, emotional neglect, or the chronic feeling of never being quite "enough." Some of my clients self-identify as emotionally sensitive and strongly affected by others; others report feeling numb or cut off from their own emotions entirely. Many are torn between the longing for deep connection and the danger of being hurt yet again.
My approach integrates Schema Therapy, EFCT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based methods, offering a way of working that supports both emotional and relational wellbeing and long-lasting change.
Many of my clients come to therapy when they realise that something needs to change. You might feel emotionally stuck, caught in patterns of relating that cause pain, or unsure how to move forward. If you’re struggling in your relationship, whether with others or with yourself, therapy offers a calm space to pause, reflect, and begin to rebuild.
I’m passionate about helping people who find relationships challenging, both the ones they have with others and the one they have with themselves. Together, we explore patterns, gain insight, and create space for new choices and ways of relating to emerge. My own experiences have shaped my belief in the power of therapy to bring awareness, healing, and lasting change. My approach integrates Schema Therapy, EFCT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based methods, offering a way of working that supports both emotional and relational well-being and long-lasting change.
