People come to therapy for many reasons, whether after a major life event or because of longstanding patterns that feel difficult to change. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which explores unconscious processes and how early experiences influence present difficulties.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Central London. I offer both open-ended and short-term psychotherapy in a confidential and non-judgemental setting.
My experience includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-harm, and relationship or family conflict.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring a background in the arts and professional experience from living and working in Europe and North America. This helps me work sensitively with cultural diversity, identity, and creativity. I practise in both English and German.
