About Me

Hello, I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, based in Stamford, Lincs. Specialist interest & Training in Trauma - I work 1:1 with adults whose past/present experiences may trigger feelings or fear of being overwhelmed, distracted or relying on habits we know are not good for us. Whatever is difficult, painful and/or confusing or distressing, I will listen to you, and always start from however you feel you are now. From January 2026 I am offering therapists/counsellors affordable Supervision as part of my training to complete a Diploma in Relational Supervision .
