I am a UKCP-registered integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected, and therapy can provide a place to slow down and make sense of this together.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor my work to each individual rather than following a fixed model. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, which I see as central to meaningful and lasting change. I work relationally, with curiosity and compassion, and at a pace that feels right for you.
I am interested in how past experiences, relationships, and patterns may be shaping your present life, while also supporting you to develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and choice in how you respond to current challenges. Therapy with me can be a space to feel heard, understood, and supported as you work towards greater clarity and balance.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and am committed to working in an inclusive, ethical, and culturally sensitive way. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to offer a supportive first meeting where we can think together about what you’re hoping for and whether I’m the right therapist for you.
I currently work part-time within a mental health charity alongside my private practice, which allows me to stay closely connected to wider community-based mental health work. Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I spent 17 years working as a primary school teacher. This long-standing experience of working closely with children, families, and colleagues has strongly influenced my relational approach and my understanding of emotional wellbeing across the lifespan.
I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story into my therapeutic work, offering a space where you can feel supported as you reflect, make sense of your experiences, and consider new ways forward.
