Hello. I'm Nataleigh René, a Psychotherapist based in Camden Town and online. I offer weekly therapy sessions to walk alongside you through any challenges you might be seeking help with. I provide a calm and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings and be supported in a caring, non-judgemental environment.
My approach is holistic and relational to help you foster a deeper understanding of yourself as the expert in your own life. In weekly therapy, I will invite you to speak freely about your childhood, and past and present difficulties and be carefully listened to. My integrative training philosophy means drawing on different therapy approaches and techniques, so we can find out what works best for you as an individual.
The transpersonal perspective in my work means that I take a soulful view of the challenges we face in life. By getting to know the whole person - mind, body and spirit - we can begin to find meaning in our life's stories and purpose in our day-to-day existence. My way of working can also include breathwork, guided meditation, dreams, visualisation or drawing.
Reaching out for help can be a first step in knowing you are not alone. Weekly therapy can be a space to reflect and process where you are in your life, how you got there and importantly, where you may want to go next.
You can reach me directly by phone or email to arrange an appointment for an initial consultation. This allows us to see if you’d like to work together and what you might like to focus on initially. I welcome any questions you might have about psychotherapy and the next steps for arranging a regular session are taken at your pace.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call where you can tell me a bit about yourself, what you are seeking help with and if working together would feel like the right fit for you.
I look forward to hearing from you and how I might be able to help.
