I am a fully accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Drama and Movement Therapist and Supervisor with over 15 years of experience, offering individual psychotherapy and supervision sessions in North London.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to express and process whatever brings you to therapy. I am trained both as a talking therapist and a creative arts therapist which means that I work in a unique way; with creative & expressive tools such as imagination, stories, art materials, objects, dream work, role-play, as well as talking- depending on the needs of every individual. My approach is relational and integrative; I use a range of theories including Jungian, developmental, psychodynamic and transpersonal.
I am experienced in working with: depression, anxiety, self-esteem & body image issues, eating difficulties, sexuality, relationship difficulties, loss of meaning, cultural identity and belonging, life transitions, bereavement and loss, spirituality, and experiencing creative blocks.
Psychotherapy can help us understand some of the patterns we find ourselves stuck in, have greater awareness about ourselves, build our resilience and access our inner resources. It is a transformative space where we can learn to live and relate from our authentic, creative, free selves.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
