I believe that counselling can be life-changing. At times it can be painful, exciting, thought-provoking, sustaining, frightening, enlightening, and a whole host of other things. I aim to provide a safe and open space where all your experiences are welcome. I work creatively and compassionately and our work together will be collaborative, with the exploration and understanding of your needs at the centre.

My Approach

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and draw on theories from across the therapeutic spectrum. I feel that the relationship we co-create, as client and counsellor, is often the most important part of the work. From here, we can explore your challenges and experiences from a place of safety and trust.
