I provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and process their experiences, empowering them to move forward in alignment with their personal growth. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, eating distress and addiction.
I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist with over 450 hours of clinical experience and an MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy from The Metanoia Institute. My MSc research explored how the therapist’s use of self influences the therapeutic relationship and client outcomes—an area that continues to inform my work.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I have worked as a Teacher of Art for 20 years. My background in the arts continues to enrich my therapeutic work, allowing me to
bring creativity and openness to each client relationship.
