Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have worked extensively with senior leaders and clinical teams to support their vital work in healthcare. I am passionate about supporting professionals through strategies for creating sustainable work and wellbeing, especially within healthcare and other purpose focused organisations.
I am a Professor of Organisational Culture and Leadership, trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, a group analyst, applied anthropologist and an ICF credentialed executive coach. I am passionate about supporting professionals within organisations, especially in healthcare.
I worked as a lead consultant psychotherapist and clinical at major teaching NHS hospitals in Manchester, Liverpool and London, most recently at St Thomas' Hospital, London. I hold a PhD in organisational culture and leadership from Imperial College London, and have held professorial positions at University of Oxford, King’s College London, and the University of Melbourne.
