My Approach

In my therapeutic work I aim to be inclusive and collaborative - alongside clients - in order to provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for clients to speak and be heard.

Exploring relationships in our present, in our past and in our heritage can help us better understand what we have come to believe, how we think and the patterns in which we act. With this better understanding we can find ways to make different choices that resonate with how we would like to be experiencing ourselves in our lives and relationships.
