In order to support the co-creation of our therapeutic relationship, I propose a combination of verbal and non-verbal techniques, which I have acquired from the different body-oriented psychotherapy and psychomotor physiotherapy modalities I have studied. The primary focus of all my sessions is to highlight my client’s awareness of their autonomic nervous system, which is governed by their unconscious, and regulates, among other things, their heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion.
I am a body-oriented Psychotherapist and Physiotherapist. I am passionate about the subjects of therapeutic presence, attuned touch, postural observation, vegetotherapy and Mindfulness. I also work as a training assistant, tutor and marker at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy. I am a full member of both UKCP and EABP.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
