My Approach

Sometimes the meaning of life gets lost. We feel stuck. We go through challenging life events, believing we have overcome them, but uncomfortable feelings and difficult emotions remain in our bodies. We might experience symptoms of anxiety, such as insomnia or aches, as well as depression or PTSD. We can suffer deeply and don’t know what to do to change this. Consequently, at home, at work or in our relationships, life can feel like a struggle and may no longer feel pleasurable.
Through a somatic approach to psychotherapy, my aim is to help you restore a sense of wholeness and alignment. In line with recent developments in neuroscience, this approach recognises that our stories are not only held in our minds but can also be reflected in our bodies and nervous systems. Talking can be helpful, but becoming more embodied is also key to healing.
Discovering what is getting in the way of reaching our full potential can be a rewarding experience. I am dedicated to being by your side throughout this journey, whether you are looking for short-term or long-term support. I believe you hold the capacity to heal yourself, and my role is to support you uncover this inner intelligence.

About Me

Trained at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre since 2017, I am a fully accredited UKCP Body Psychotherapist. I am also a Biodynamic Massage Therapist and a member of the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I pursued different careers and travelled across many countries. As a French national, I first worked in the international development sector in Africa as a researcher and project manager, before settling in the UK and working in the education sector.
These various experiences have helped me reflect on what identity, home and relationships can mean for each of us, and on what can get in the way of connecting with our true selves. With the demands of modern life and our increasing exposure to social media, remaining close to who we really are is becoming increasingly challenging. Nevertheless, I believe it is possible.
