While many people begin therapy to manage symptoms, I support clients in going deeper – exploring attachment patterns, family dynamics, and self-critical thinking. My approach is integrative, drawing on neuroscience, mindfulness, and existential therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. As someone who is both gay and autistic, I bring lived experience as well as clinical training to this work, and offer an affirming and non-pathologising space.
I’m also interested in what neuroscience is showing us about the toll modern life takes on our brains and nervous systems. Many of us feel chronically stressed and self-critical. I can help you to slow down, regulate better and become a better friend to yourself.
I work well with clients navigating anxiety, identity, burnout, relationship patterns, and questions of meaning. Whether you're facing a crisis or simply feeling anxious, stuck, or burnt out, therapy can offer a space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters to you.
